Amazing CD.so many great tracks.his music has continually grown since his "real Talk" album.love it
I used to think that I didn't like rap, but now I realize that it wasn't rap that I didn't like, but the lyrics that are in mainstream rap. Lecrae's lyrics are well thought out and not at all shallow. I do wish his beats were a little more unique though. Overall, this is a great Christian rap album.
I purchased this item becasue i got tired of listening to the music on the radio. Thank God that he allowed me to find this artist. I have been saved for years now, but listening to this brothers music puts a fresh face on hip hop.I wish i had listed to this hiphop before anything else. I have deleted all secular music from my mp3 player and replaced it with Lecrea. its a breath of freash air. this music is so needed in the world today.
I thought this would be the perfect, positive, christian alternative to the crap he listens to and WOW was it the perfect fit. This cd is amazing, it has awesome lyrics and fresh beats. I bought it for my boyfriend who is really into rap but it isn't positive. He LOVES this cd and it has even helped him grow closer to God. God bless all of you who buy this cd, it's well worth it.
I'm old school, grew up when Hip-Hop first started. This young mans album was a blessing.every song has a message worth hearing, no watered down Gospel or corny beats, so "those who have ears to hear, let them hear" -this album is tight.
